Is it possible to sue the IRS for negligence and incompetence? I filed on April 13,2026 at 10 am, exactly 24 hours later they accepted it. Counting from April 21,2026 to today is 37 days with no updates or refund payment, I need my money, I’m homeless, unemployed and starving!
