@pe_toolkit This is similar to what we do then. The pupils get a grade (all equally weighted) for each HHH for each unit (sport) that we do. These are the averaged.
@pe_toolkit Also will they get an individual Head and Heart assessment grade for each unit or just Hands? I find the Heart strand is often pretty consistent, but the Head one can vary quite a bit for different activities.
@swinster72@MissOmarPE Use the National curriculum as your starting point and then see where it can link and what maybe your not covering at the moment.
I am looking for some support with scoring some OCR GCSE PE dance performances. Anyone able to have a look and provide some feedback for me please? @MrsLWalkerPE1@WillSwaithes@crulePE@OCR_PhysEd
I am looking to make the homework I set for my GCSE PE groups more meaningful and productive and was wondering what approach other people take? @MrsLWalkerPE1@WillSwaithes@crulePE@MrAndersenPE
@MrAustinPE @WannaTeachPE We play attack vs defence half court still starting with a centre pass. You can have the same going on at the other end of the court as well. Five attacks then defenders swap bibs with attackers. This keeps everyone more involved and helps develop an understanding of positions.
@MrDunnPE@OCR_PhysEd Can u request an explanation? Did the report get emailed straight to you or the school? It’s interesting I marked half and another teacher marked half. I’m a bit harsher I think marking but they only changed two scores and they were both by only 1.
We deliver @OCR_PhysEd and I have dancers in the group for the first time. Anyone experienced with this and willing to exchange a few emails with some tips to help out please?
Thanks in advance.
