@webafrica your support is terrible. i bought a new line from you and it is still not live. no way to speak to someone, i am just left for hours waiting on whatsapp without response. You have no phone support. Can phone for sales but not tech support. thats so poor.

@Starlink I'm paying for Priority Mobile Roam, and not only am I not receiving the prioritized service, I am not receiving the "prioritized support" as advertised. 2 days without a response on my ticket.
@FlySafair I'm trying to urgently reach your call centre (and have been for the last 10 min) and it says it's outside of operating hours but it's not yet 7pm?
