It hosted lynching parties right after singing hymns in white chapels on Sunday mornings. It underpinned Manifest Destiny, genocide, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, the KKK, and Jim Crow.

And here’s the deep distorted depravity: it was all justified with scripture and done in the name of God. That is demonic. That is the occult. That is true witchcraft.
