@BendyGardiner The game is very different now, just look at the new rules around scrums and rucks. This produces a more free flowing game, which the 03 players wouldn't be used to. That said, the only real difference is us now having a better understanding of nutrition and training.

@imbadatlife The flip side is a centralisation is that it reduces the barriers getting sites on the web. Using a platform is much simpler than building your own cloud computing / security services, opening up a safer web to many more groups.

My only complaint is that they are less transparent about their cyber security protocols and what is expected of those who have access to the data. It would be nice to get more clarity on this.

NHS Digital actually has a very good procedure in place about who can access this data. You can even view who has accessed what via the register (you would see this if you looked at their website)..

@BendyGardiner Something else that has been missed; NHS Digital is publishing a register of who accessed the data, and what they could see. This register is very easy to find on the NHS Digital website.

@BendyGardiner @zatapatique I'm not sure NFL is a great example; the majority of the decisions now are reviewed, especially those relating to scores or turnovers. Sure, you would get variance on spotting of the ball if that's your thing.

@BendyGardiner It was probably a bit worse than that, but not by much. There wasn’t a great increase in the first half decade of the 90s, but there wasn’t bad growth around that.
