A brilliant 3 days at the International Sheep Dog Trails with fellow @stjohnambulance members from @SJAOswestryASU
Very impressive but confusing talent by the competitors set in the stunning backdrop of the Brynkinalt Estate and I think the best food I have ever had on duty.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday I attended the prestigious @livgolf_league held at @JCBGolfCC I had the pleasure of being on of the @stjohnambulance event managers for the tournament working alongside brilliant #stjohnpeople

Been a fantastic 2 days as event manager for the Oswestry Food Festival with some excellent volunteers from across Oswestry and Shrewsbury Networks.
18 miles walked so I think it's time for a well earned rest and recuperate.

Finished #volunteersweek with a double event weekend.
Saturday was spent at Oswestry Pride and Sunday at the Community games.
I'm proud to call the people of @stjohnambulance my friends.
It's also really nice to get patient feedback as it shows we are the difference.

Another @stjohnambulance weekend.
Yesterday was seeing 2 shows of Charlie and the Chocolate factory at Theatre Seven with Rob.
Today was with Mum, Zoe, Alfie and Tobias for the first of 3 Bands in the Park.
Anyone would think I liked St John 🤣

A rather busy week this week.
Thursday was Chirk castle relay, yesterday was VE Day parade & fun day and today was Johnny's tractor run.
Very hot weather that made it all the more interesting with lots lf patients but all in a days work for a @stjohnambulance volunteer

While members from @SJAOswestryASU have been out attending various running events, I stayed local and attended the Vagnational car meet.
Very impressive cars that were excellently maintained topped of by the shine from the sun.

A rather interesting and busy @stjohnambulance day had at Hawkstone Motocross yesterday for the start of the British Championships with @SJAOswestryASU and members from accross the wider West Midlands team. A mixed bag of patients but very sunny meaning a good start to the season

Last week was a busy week.
Since Wednesday, I've been volunteering for @stjohnambulance at the Oswestry Youth Music Festival with some brilliant volunteers. In between that, I also competed in the festival doing light opera.
Hopefully this week is a more rested week.

Hawkstone International Motocross weekend was a blast.
Spent with amazing friends who all were on their first Hawkstone and they all want to come back so that's something good.
Now time to remove half the track of my boots and uniform.

Over theast few weeks, I've spent time volunteering for the #theatresevernpanto
After the 2nd show I knew some of the words but after the 9th show, I knew nearly all of it.

The @SJAOswestryASU team have been out again today for Shropshire Santa Run.
A great day despite the cold weather bringing excellent way to round of our running events for the area with this event.
And it wouldn't be st iohn without my sister on duty.

Spent this morning attending the Armistice Day Celebrations in my local area.
Another event that shows the community feel and gives me so much pride in what I do for @stjohnambulance
Even did a reading which went surprisingly very well.

Out today for Oswestry Remembrance Sunday with the team. It was certainly a challenge, but it's events like this that really show me that our @stjohnambulance volunteers are able to #BeTheDifference

Yesterday
Me, Dave and Katie attended Trefonen fire festival representing @SJAOswestryASU providing first aid cover. A lovely evening with a good community feel.
Remember to stay safe around bonfires and fireworks this Bonfire Night.

The Oswestry 10k was the source of our @SJAOswestryASU Unit activity today.
Lots of runners who took part achieved really good times and the weather held to give it a brilliant atmosphere to the event.
