@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT & @StirlingCouncil REVIVE the Cornton 2 Bridges plan NOW as even with all the electronic safety features at the vehicle level crossing, folks are still managing to end their lives there. Both crossings are STILL taking too many lives. @StirObserver@thecourieruk
@ScotGovFM@JohnSwinney@HighlandCouncil This fare cap will have signed the death warrant for the Far North/Kyle rail routes. By @JohnSwinney giving the thumbs up to the 'Station Quarter' plans he has also committed to giving @transcotland Β£250million to relocate Inverness Rail Station if not these plans don't work!
@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT 1H29 Edinburgh to Inverness diverted via Fife? Social media reporting that the 4D47 southbound Tesco freight train from Inverness has unfortunately struck a person south of Perth? @thecourieruk
@HighlandCouncil@HITRANS_RTP Cart before the horse (and Frank Roach has always said so)! @NetworkRailSCOT & @transcotland need to choose/carry out construction of their Inverness Railway Station preferred remodelling option before anything in this Consultation released today can come to pass!
Evelyn Tweed MSP's office have communicated that the #CausewayheadRoadManhole issue at #Causewayhead Road / Buchanan Drive, Stirling is receiving their attention to try to get it fixed correctly for once and for all @scottish_water
Are @scottish_water FINALLY going to do a proper repair job on collapsing manhole in Causewayhead Road, Stirling at Buchanan Drive junction? How many unsuccessful attempts to repair it in the last 20years? Meantime Residents CAN'T SLEEP due to clatter everytime a vehicle crosses!

@FionaHyslop The most sensible Electrification next step before concentrating on north side of the Forth Bridge is to fund & construct the #AlmondChord Project (Winchburgh to Dalmeny) so that these Dalmeny to Haymarket works can have EMU's using the OLE wires very quickly. @NetworkRailSCOT
Within @StirlingCouncil confusion over bin collection dates for those in #Causewayhead normally served on a Friday seems to have occurred. Before Xmas I checked online & Green Bin was scheduled as Wed 7th Jan and Blue Bin Wed 14th Jan. Some folks think Green was for 29th Dec?
@InvCourier https://t.co/wIXIGYFc9f Do your homework properly before posting a news story like this to give respect to the MacRae family. The existing Moy road bridge will be demolished soon as part of the A9 Tomatin to Moy Dualling. https://t.co/H1cTTfm3Q8 #ReneeMacRae
@StirObserver@thecourieruk@chriswkane Why didn't @StirlingCouncil back the proposal to build bridges to replace the Cornton Level crossings as this morning another person got killed? That must be over a dozen lives lost since the idea was cancelled. https://t.co/zGtEACkmCJ
If the Forth Park Residents (spurred on Steven Kerr) hadn't objected to the plan the New Cornton Prison design would have been forced to be built upon the former building's footprint away from the houses and the loss of property values. @StirObserver@thecourieruk@chriswkane

Is the @StirlingCouncil Planning Portal going to be fixed as it hasn't been working properly since since the 3rd July and the Map Search function displays a HTTP Error 500.0 fault.
@StirObserver Why is Chris Kane, an MP getting involved, as politically this has nothing to do with him as it is a matter devolved to Holyrood. Try to become an MSP Chris if you want to comment on this. Doune should have been bypassed long ago including a new river crossing. @transcotland
@StirlingCouncil@StirObserver@thecourieruk I thought the Stirling Council brown bin permit for garden waste was meant to be a cost of Β£50 for this coming year. I've just got round to having the cash to pay it tonight and the cost I was charged was Β£52! #stirlingbrownbin
