@StevenRailston A lot of caveats to this question. If it means we end up with 3 cm’s and Lewis Hall, then yes. If we get the England and Barcelona version of Rashford then yes. As a back up option for both LW and striker. I do think Carrick would also be able to get the best out of him as well..

@AdamJoseph We’ve also got to accept that we’re not in a position to spend 120mil on one player when we’re trying to build a squad. We could potentially get Ederson, Fernandes/Scott & Mateta for the same price as Anderson…

@bethTmufc Lewis Hall. The need for a LB is much greater with Dorgu seemingly favoured at LW. Plus Hall will be 20-30mil cheaper than Rogers which we can use for a backup striker (Mateta)

@UtdForever7 I like the players we are now targeting, but it took us about 7 weeks to complete the Mbeumo deal, Sesko wasn’t until the 9th August & Lammens 2 weeks in to the season… so only Cunha had a pre season with us, mainly because he had a buyout clause in his contract… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fully believe we need 3 CMs in the summer. Anderson/Tonali/Bruno G. Baleba/Wharton. Fernandes/J Gomes 🙏

@Muppetiers I’d be tempted to look towards Mateus Fernandes at West Ham as a CM option… Even more so if West Ham end up getting relegated. Anderson has to be no1 choice but can’t see us getting him over City sadly… (he follows them on Insta & they pay higher wages)
