Since I got premium I can write long tweets again so I’m gonna explain the whole reason I’ve been in and out of hospital for the past few weeks/months.

So as some of you may know my uncle was going in and out of hospital at the start of the year with a problem we didn’t know about until they told us, his kidneys were failing so throughout the year I’ve been back and forth to the hospital for him and making sure he’s okay as he was constantly being readmitted when he came home. Turns out he’s now got to be dialysis for life to make up for the non functioning kidney he has.

With all this happening within the first few months of the year it was a hard time for me and my family as we didn’t know what the outcome was going to be, I wouldn’t ever wish what I witnessed and saw in the hospital to when he was at home for a few times to happen to anyone because it was not fun at all.

I’m also going to mention that whilst my uncle was back and forth from hospital my childhood dog passed away in February I was with him until his last breath as they would say and the was also a horrible experience to endure.

Fast forward to June-July, the hospital said he was getting better so they took him off of dialysis thinking it was the dialysis what was making things turn from bad to worse. We had seen my uncle slowly get more better and worse with a thing what is called Delirium which messes with the mental health and make you say and do things you wouldn’t normally do.

Turns out it was the tablets dosage what had made this onset delirium appear within my uncle and I think finally we have a hold on that and he hasn’t been delirious for a long time (I hope it stays like that forever) because some of the stuff what was happening with that was horrible.

Whilst my uncle was in the hospital I had found out I have Dermatitis (another fancy word for bad Eczema) the doctors tried everything they first thought it was Scabies which it wasn’t but they treated me for that 3 times within 3 months, then they wouldn’t provide proper help and was saying it’ll go away just keep moisturising the affected areas.

Fast forward to November when I was having a new symptom every week to then one day whilst playing Valorant (who would’ve guessed that) I had a TIA (Mini Stroke) which I am now being treated for after they found a blood clot in my neck. So I was admitted to hospital myself for the first time at the start of November to then them injecting me with blood thinners and then when I got out of hospital they have prescribed me 3 months worth of a blood thinner called Apixaban which should resolve the said blood clot.

The reason this could have all happened was during this low point of the year I lost my childhood dog, my uncle going in and out of hospital and my Nana dying of cancer this year I felt alone and very low and depressed so I did something I haven’t done in years because I was so low and didn’t really know who to turn to so I Self harmed this year and I think that could be main reason I am having all these problems now.

The reason I’ve said this week’s going to be a busy week is because I have so many appointments to attend to from the 5th to the 18th. I’ve got someone coming to see me on the 5th, ive got to have a heart scan as they found something wrong with my heart too on the 9th and also on the 9th they’ve got to do a retinal angiogram to also see what the defects in my eyes are.

Lots of things happening all at once can be scary but I thought I’d open up about what’s going on and why it’s been a very shitty year for me but thankyou for those of you who take time to actually read this.
