Almost three weeks now since I was able to use the Sainsbury’s website. Countless other people continue to report similar problems, yet there’s _still_ no public statement from Sainsbury’s as to what’s going on!

@sainsburys @filmflammable The issue is with the Sainsburys password authentication server returning 500 Internal Server Errors. You need to fix/reset your server. It's nothing to do with users' browsers! See screenshot below. Sainsburys - gaslighting people is not a good look!

@Desk_Customr1 Did all that yesterday morning, thanks, and followed all the instructions to clear cache, etc. which did nothing but mess up my PC’s preferred settings. But why was I told you are unaware of any system issues, and why are you *still* acting as if the problems are at the user end?

Wondering just how many times today @sainsburys are going to respond to essentially the same report from different customers about problems logging into their groceries accounts before admitting the problem is at their end. Would be a lot less stressful for us customers!

@hellward62 @sainsburys It is, yes. You try to reset and no matter what you put in, it just says there’s a problem, leaving you locked out of your account. Seems to be happening to a lot of people.
