@blk_dahlia2 @the_kochalka @Iron_Spike Hmm…depends. Some trade schools are cooperative earn to learn apprenticeships that graduate you into a valuable trade and others are for profit enterprises that leave you less in debt than a four year university but more fucked. Your mileage may vary.

@the_kochalka @Iron_Spike A university degree, by definition, constitutes a breadth of knowledge. If a student doesn’t want to take the required classes, they could go part time and take only the classes they wish…and not get a degree. Part of being a grown up is doing the work to finish a thing.
