@cdmachuk @Oh_er_missus @passportwaiting I paid extra for the return service. I wasn’t notified of the dispatch but only noticed a separate consignment on the tnt tracker marked support documents. They were dispatched a day after the passport.

@DesaiNeetesh @passportwaiting I only found out because I found a tracking reference on the TNT tracker for it referenced as supporting documents separate from the passport reference which appeared 24hrs after my passport one.

@DesaiNeetesh @passportwaiting I was told that they should be sent out at the same time as your new passport but can take 2-3 weeks. I’m waiting the return of another passport which I paid the £5 extra for secure return. It is due to arrive today a week after my renewal was issued.

@BazzGH @passportwaiting Not during the process no, but I had to send in an Australian passport when sending in original documents so maybe it followed a different process than normal.

@merlie01 @passportwaiting There appears to be 2 processing systems. The old one goes from docs received to application being processed and takes significantly longer than the new system that goes from docs received straight to application approved in about 3-4 weeks.

Most of last night's storm activity passed over in the east and then around to the north of the house but the second big cell came close enough to get a couple of quite cool shots. It was quite a light show though with continuous flashes for a few hours out in the distance.
