No cancellation of an item or order before products are sent, is not very customer friendly. However understandable. But 3 weeks for a refund is very disappointing for a trusted brand and company as yourselves.Not everyone can afford to wait 3 weeks for refund, leading up to Xmas
@Dyson Hello Dyson, I wonder if you’s could work some magic ? I have ordered 2 hairdryers, and needed to cancel 1 ! I couldnt cancel after the order, and not accept the order of 1 dryer ! However now I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund . Is there anything you can do to help ?
