1. "“The narrative,” as Mullen sees it, is “that we’re a clickbait organisation. Which we are not.”"

2. "Mullen says that targets are set by editors and Reach journalists can be given the time to report on important stories. Several senior sources confirmed this. But other insiders said staff are under immense pressure to churn out copy.
