@AXS_UK can you tell me the refund process as tickets for a concert did not arrive in time. Order number 045-0084-7857. I await your prompt response. As you did not complete your part of the contract a full refund will be sort.
@virginmedia cancelled my account as moving house to an new one with no virgin coverage. Move@on hold. Can I extend our contract until we have a co firmed date. End 6/4/20. Circumstance out of our Control. Sent email but no response.
@tommymdarwin @Iromg Has anyone seen the admission records? Rumours say he was seen within 20 mins and was pictured on the floor for a media exercise and then went back to his trolley. The hospital should tell the truth. The admission records would clear this up.

@AXS_UK can you please answer your DM. As a paying customer, although my ticket never arrived in time, I expect a certain standard of customer service as would @OfficialSteps as you sold ticket to their concerts. Still waiting for a refund as ticket arrived too late.

@AXS_UK@lattae_v@KIMchiTae_ If they are I would not buy them from @axs_uk as they won’t arrive on time, despite being posted of course and it will be a waste of money. Like so many other people on here.
@AXS_UK avoid buying tickets from this company. Poor customer service, ticket don’t arrive in time and always blame the postal service the publish a personal email on their twitter feed. The law is on the side of the consumer. Don’t be bullied by their replies.
