If EJ loses and has to fork over that 25million, his firm will get 12% (plus expenses) and the then the companies which Tom borrowed money from will get the rest. The victims will be lucky to see a penny

@Hatcherjulieta1 @erikajayne He isn't sueing her for the victims. He has been hired by the firms that lent money to TG. If he he wins the judgement, he will get 40% (+ fees and costs) and the rest will go to the creditor's to pay off some of his debt. He is the bankruptcy lawyer.
