@piersmorgan If only I had millions in the bank like you and didn’t need the income from the days work the following day being a self employed tradesman, who doesn’t get paid holidays, sick days and has to keep on track to not fall behind to remain professional to his customers…..
What’s going on with footy, it’s been bad for a while now but 120m for E.Anderson, 85m for fernandes from a relegated team, 80m for A.Scott, 80m for van hecke, 110m for diomande! I wish clubs would just walk away from a negotiation the very second figures like this get quoted.
@LeeMUFC7 The question is why wouldn’t you want to do it? It’s the only time (20th minute in a game v LFC) an opposing fan can pay tribute to a young footballer that graced the league they love, who only died at the start of this season. It’s a ONE MINUTE remembrance.
@johnaokane Didn’t Liverpool fans show support to Ronaldo in his time of need? LFC supporters showed things matter more than football Surley Utds match going fans can easily do the same for ONE MINUTE out of 90.
@Londonblue_2 City are treated the way they are because they claim to be up there with teams like LFC, mufc, afc ect it’s expensive going yes, but if you had the same size fan base as the others you claim to beat in revenue each year then the supply for the tickets would be taken
@HoltChris But if city had the fan base the size the big clubs do have there would be a queue of people waiting in the wings to pick up the tickets the 1st lot of fans couldn’t affford…. City’s fan base has any that of a big club.
@TheFootyFeed Liverpool have had it for vthe last decade competing against city! We had people begging city to “save football” 🤢 Arsenal fans were one of them , karma.
@TheKopHQ@LFC If we get a new manager he has to be exactly that! The manager. Non of this head coach crap. Give him the job and give him the power over everything .
This Liverpool have become to nice.
Slot is to nice, the team is to nice.
Over the years we’ve lost Milner, Robbo (on the pitch), Fabinho, Hendo, Diaz, jota, Nunez, Fabinho, Trent and klopp. Dogs to play against. Who in this team would you say has that dog spirt? Kerkez maybe?
@JoeMusker_@AnythingLFC_ In his post match interview he says the fighting spirit & mentality isnt strong enough, but wants fans to stay behind & suffer watching it then clap them off? Which they have done for months now, but can’t be expected to anymore as it’s not really changed much doing it.
@pennant83 Let’s be fair ekitike looks like he’s stoped working hard last few games. Rio had to come off, I agree we can’t over use him/although we should use him more than what slot has so far, & frimpong is only just back from injury. It’s not his sub choices more his style of play.
@MattY2G@GraemeKelly1 Can anyone demand to play faster more aggressively if the instructions from the coaching team are to retain the ball by passing around the back, take their time with restarts ect. IMO slot is a contralloing type manager & won’t take risks. Klopp was a front foot manager.
@GraemeKelly1 No way klopp would have stood for any player dawdling over a throw in, free kick or goal kick or trying to take the sting out of the game when we’re 1-0 he’d use it to push for more. unless we were 2/3goals up with 10mins to go.
@GraemeKelly1 Yes they need to take criticism too but the trouble is - the way we play - slow, sidewards & backwards passing must be a tactic from the coaching!!! It slows the games down drags the home crowd advantage out of it & limits us killing games, then the opponents have a go last 10.
@Carl_M79 Salah looked dangerous when he come on. Who’s at fault with the slow build up play we play? Allison took 40 seconds & until a spurs player come upto him to move the ball on ! At 0-0 in like the 20th minute! They take so long taking throw ins/gKs ect. Pass it backwards ect. Why??
@Carl_M79@rudkin_abigail If you’ve spent more than you’ve bought in your adding to squad quality. We haven’t as you’ve said and that is on Edward’s and co. But that to me is worrying, not giving the manager the power to sign his players
@Carl_M79@rudkin_abigail No I’m not skipping the year we won the PL. the last two months of that was much of the same as we’ve seen this season - so it’s been 12 months of bad football - hardly a spell. There is no denying the football has regressed. The spend is relevant. I’d like to think…..
