Computer troubles continue, unfortunately. It's looking like repairs are not possible, and I will have to get a replacement. Luckily it is still under warranty, but it might be a while before it comes in; hence, no story this December.

The attempted repair on my computer did not take. We're bringing it in again on Monday, but no telling how long it'll be until I have it back. I do have back-up options, and November 1st's short story, Cherry Street, will be released as planned:

After a solid month of being sick, I not only finished editing my December 1st short story 21 days early, I also completed the first draft of a new short -- the first I've done since I decided to start publishing them and everything started to go wrong!

Luckily I still have an extended warranty on this laptop (it's only a year and a half old, for heck's sake), but needless to say.... It has been an extremely interesting few months :P

Just discovered (much too late) that Chrome was heating up my computer by 20 degrees. I have switched back to Firefox, my original browsing beau, and while it does feel slower, I'm rockin' a cool PC, so 👍
