6 years ago I took over @Tattingstoneutd. We were in division 4. I said we will be a senior side. A lot of people laughed & there were many doubters along the way. Yesterday we done it! Thanks to all the players who contributed, to Oll, Oofy & the faithful! Uppa Tatt! 💙💛
The craziest thing about World Cup month is realizing where you were in life during the last one. Shit I still remember watching my first World Cup game ever. A 4-year gap means your job, your relationship status, your friends, and your entire life situation are completely different, but you're sitting watching a random group stage game at 1 AM on a Tuesday. Football is a time capsule.

Felixstowe’s @IsthmianLeague play-off dream ends in semifinal heartbreak
Felixstowe & Walton United’s play-off campaign came to a painful end once again as they were beaten 3-2 by Redbridge in a dramatic semifinal encounter.
The Seasiders started brightly and almost took an early lead inside four minutes when Sam Ford forced the Redbridge goalkeeper into a smart save.
But it was the visitors who struck first on seven minutes, as Kai Fraser rose unmarked from a corner to head home and stun the home crowd.
Redbridge nearly doubled their advantage three minutes later, only for Harry Wright to produce an excellent save to deny another close-range header.
Felixstowe responded well and came close to levelling on 11 minutes when Tom Warren crashed an effort against the crossbar, before Josh Hitter saw a shot deflected narrowly wide a minute later.
The Seasiders continued to press, with Ethan Garcia firing over on 20 minutes before going close again on 34 minutes, bursting through the defence only to see his effort deflected wide.
Felixstowe began the second half with intent and Will Jones tested the goalkeeper with a strike from outside the box, but the effort was well saved.
Redbridge then took control with two quickfire goals. On 51 minutes, Charles Brown-Bampoe doubled the lead with a composed finish across goal, and seven minutes later he struck again after Felixstowe’s corner was cleared and Redbridge broke at speed, the forward firing into the roof of the net to make it 3-0.
To their credit, Felixstowe responded immediately. Just a minute later, Sam Ford pulled one back from six yards to give the Seasiders hope.
Santa De La Paz was then denied by an excellent save as Felixstowe pushed for a route back into the contest.
Zak Brown set up a tense finale when he unleashed a superb long-range strike in the first minute of stoppage time to make it 3-2, but Redbridge held firm to book their place in the final and leave Felixstowe wondering what might have been once again.
