An electric atmosphere at the #SurroundParliment human chain protesting the UK government’s decision to extradite #JulianAssange to the US, where he faces a potential sentence of 175 years for exposing WAR CRIMES. It’s undemocratic & aims to deter journalists from seeking truth.
@UKYouth @PrincesTrust @CadburyUK Thanks for your reply. While you might be sharing a campaign aimed at giving young people ‘hope’. In reality, you are promoting a PR exercise by @CadburyUK, a company that exploits young people around the world. I would advise more due diligence on campaigns you are sharing.
The Guardian is IMO the most pernicious paper in the UK. Liberal/'progressives' know how terrible the right-wing media is, but think the Guardian largely tells the truth. They are utterly captured by it and its cultural power is a key establishment asset.

It's pretty cool that most cities are becoming unliveable, billionaires got 700% wealthier during a global plague, the planet is literally cooking, and major political institutions are basically hardwired to neutralize leaders and movements who actually want to fix it
@JonJonesSnr Get a grip or do you want nuclear war? You seen to have been whipped up into a war frenzy since this Ukraine conflict began. With a lot of bad takes IMO
@RobinDeVoh @StephenFenton88 @johnsweeneyroar@wanderer1982 Nice analogy. However, before the fire is put out you still need to know what type of fire it is. If it’s electrical you wouldn’t throw loads of water on it. That’s why we need to look into how this issue came about rather than just the now. The West seem unable 2look in a mirror
@jdpeterson1689 Actually since 2018 UN figures show majority (over 80 percent) of civilian casualties came from the rebel held region. Would be interested to see where you got the figure of 2000 civilians killed in 9 days?
