Translators should be centralised under a single department. Work from home as a 'benefit', but on call rotors for emergency access and pre-arranged appointments virtually attended. This would reduce numbers required by trusts, face to face communicstion is rarely required.

@iancollinsuk Two issues the NHS has that could be resolved easily is missed appointments and translators. Missed appointments would some be charged a small fee should prior notice not be given. 24 hours seems responsible enough.
