Didcot Town are delighted to welcome back Taylor Bedwell next season.

Taylor has made 104 appearances for the club during his time at the Loop Meadow Stadium, and he's shown a high level of maturity and leadership and is a player teammates look up to, despite only being 22 years old.

"As well as being a fantastic talent, George is a great character to have around the dressing room, and I’m really looking forward to working with him again.
"I’ve got no doubt he’ll be a huge player for us this season, and I know the supporters will be just as pleased as we are to see him back in a Didcot shirt."

Andy Lyne and Lewis Cuss have put in another monumental effort during the season.
Director of Football Andy and Head of Scouting and Recruitment Lewis have gone above and beyond in their pursuit to bring new players into the club.
Hundreds of players have been watched in their pursuit to help manager Jamie Heapy strengthen his squad over the season, and it's not been the easiest task when they have been trying to sell them the travelling involved in the Southern section of the Southern League. Many, having put a lot of hours into bringing them to the club, fell at the final hurdle.
In total, seventeen new arrivals arrived at the Loop Meadow Stadium for the 2025/26 season, making over 260 appearances between them for the railwaymen.
The club's three leading goalscorers in 2025/26, Tyger Hall, Owen James and Cam Mills, all arrived last summer, scoring 43 goals between them over the season in their first season playing at step four.
Everyone at the club appreciates the hours you and your team put into strengthening the squad throughout the season.
On Saturday evening we had a new award. The Didcot Town FC Legends award.
Two proper legends of the club were the first recipients of the award.
Justin Lambourne reflects on both award winners and the impact they have both made at the club over a lengthy period.
DTFC Legend Award
Chairman John Bailey
The first award was presented to our very own Chairman John Bailey, who has been at the heart of this club now for over four decades and who has given so much to the club, ensuring it is still here and operating today. Thank you from us all. John, you really are a true legend!
DTFC Legend Award
First team manager Jamie Heapy
The second legend award was presented to someone who has been and continues to be incredible for this club and whose dedication and loyalty are second to none. Jamie Heapy has been a youth player, senior player, captain, and now long-term first-team manager for this club and is a true example of what it means to be a legend! Jamie's dedication to this club is unwavering, and we are all lucky to have him as the first team "gaffer".
The experience, mentoring and coaching he provides to our up and coming players is fantastic and his journey through football shows and inspires our young talent what they can achieve in their footballing careers. Thank you, Jamie, from us all!!!
Congratulations to both on their awards.
JP is back!
Didcot Town are delighted to announce that midfielder JP Nyuysemo has agreed to remain at the Loop Meadow Stadium next season.

Welcome back, JP.

Didcot Town are delighted to announce that club captain Adam Learoyd has committed himself to the club for the 2026/27 season.
Adam is a huge presence at the club, and he was named the managers' player of the season at the weekend.
The giant defender will be hoping to go past 500 appearances for the club next season, having made his debut for the club in 2006 and having made 464 appearances during his Didcot career. He's also contributed over 50 goals during his time at the Loop Meadow Stadium.
Welcome back, Adam.

A few thank you mentions at the end of the season to those that help us throughout the season.
Marc Addison has once again brought up fantastic highlights, interviews and photos throughout the season across all of our teams. He's also been the man behind putting the programme together.
We would like to thank photographer John Douglass for all of his photos this season.
John has been a regular at the Loop this season in all weathers, covering our first team, youth development and both ladies teams.
Charlie East has once again been the man behind the microphone on a matchday.
Thank you to all three for the part they play on a matchday.
