We are aiming to disrupt the black hole in school budgets through which £ pours to recruitment fees while providing the very best service to schools.

I'm excited to learn the bits I don't know I don't know through the UK's number one accelerator programme from @NatWestBusiness!

@DiverseApply's mission is to care for & invest properly in supply staff while supporting schools to keep far more £ in their budgets.

We still have a lot to learn, that's why we are delighted to be accepted on to the @NatWestBusiness accelerator as we aim to scale up!

Powerful event last night with friends old and new with the very first SUPPLY SESSIONS!

We are investing in proper CPD for our supply pool and phenomenal learning was gifted by the brilliant Bhamini Jadeja, @Yasmomar and Hannah Croucher.

So I went to Supply Sessions, @DiverseApply launch event & really, really enjoyed it. It’s the first CPD social I’ve ever been to, it was so interesting & all round good vibes - I even learnt a bit of Māori. Props to @JamieJRo32, Oli & Mariam and thanks for the invite!

Last night somewhere in a deep dark corner of Hackney we pulled together a room full of an often forgotten group; supply staff.

We didn't pay them, we just gave them some very bad directions to meet us in a warehouse by the railway.

So many supply teachers do the right thing day in day out. We are working with teachers who are on supply because they need more reassurance before taking a role, have had bad experiences in the past, or need the flexibility.

I haven't even mentioned yesterday's CPD quality...
