@liftmeupIetmego @chocoIady @notkimberlyno Hey look, people in customer service are as human as everyone else. So yeah, they're somewhat out to get people. Likewise, and moreso, the customers are out to get them. Ultimately, it's too loud, so turn the music down.

@chocoIady @notkimberlyno I'm an average customer and I think basically everywhere is too loud now. And if you do a cursory Google you'll find a lot of people saying the same. Restaurants have less soft furnishings and dampening design choices, bars jack up the music to make you drink more etc.

@notkimberlyno I guess you did need convincing though cause why was the music up too loud? Like how often is this happening as well. Just don't turn it up too loud and maybe the problem will go away.
