I would be surprised if Iglesias plays more than once or twice, but there will come a moment where he can be the difference, especially with the injury issues out wide, which means less quality in terms of crosses etc.

For all of Spain's quality, even with the injuries, their ability to carve open teams in the knockouts could come down to knowing when a game needs Borja Iglesias. In a similar way to how Del Bosque recognised the one Fernando Llorente moment during the 2010 World Cup.

Uruguay deserve to be out of the World Cup more than any other team. The poorest and most disappointing relative to talent. Cannobio should have been sent off earlier. The boy seemed to have no greater motivation than hurting an opponent. He twice grabbed the ref. Shameful stuff.
