We’ve all had a few days to sit with @JuliaGillard’s declaration of whoops and as the minutes go by, the angrier I get. Not just at the admission that, basically, it was a “regret” to open up the legal category of women to men, but at the reluctance to admit it was wrong.

And the fact that it’s only now, after amazing UK women & men are putting on pressure by turning up to her events to remind of her of the whooosy, that she dares to say anything.

Not when @jk_rowling was getting countless r*pe & d*ath threat from the very men these kind of laws were changed to include.

Not when a man in his 50s took a pregnant woman (🙋‍♀️) to federal court, using that very specific Australian law change & institutional capture to his advantage.

Not when @ActiveLesbians were told by the Australian Human Rights Commission that heterosexual men who claim to be lesbians must be included in lesbian events.

Not when @martina came under attack for defending women’s sport, years after already battling for LGB rights.

Not when @KirralieS was dragged through courts for bringing attention to MEN who claim to be women in womens sport.

Not when that very league told the women in that sport if they so much as walk off the field because men are on it *they* will be punished.

Not when media started reporting on school girls not drinking WATER at school because boys were in the only unisex bathroom available to them & no adults would help them.

Not when women prisoners finally got word to the outside that they were in cells with MALE SEX OFFENDERS, locked up with them only because the Gillard amendments to the sex discrimination act (arguably) allowed it.

Not when Jasmine Sussex’s life was turned upside down for stating the fact that men cannot breastfeed infants, and because men can be women in law suddenly she’s the bad guy.

Not when the sex discrimination commissioner told senate estimates that men who claim to be women can have pregnancy protections in law but women can’t have single sex spaces, thereby interpreting the Gillard amendments to give men protections they don’t need while taking away women’s protections we do need.

Not when countless women in Australia and around the world were and are being punished for saying NO to this absolute bullsh-t that men can be women in law.

She said nothing until it started to interrupt her day in the mildest of ways. It’s pathetic.

One picture is worth a thousand words as they say.

Why do you think they try so hard in this country to stop us showing the images of males in female sport?

We all saw the images of Tickle v Giggle and it began the peaking of Australia.

We all saw the images of Gavin Laurel Hubbard weightlifting in women’s divisions and were outraged.

We all saw the images of William Lia Thomas in women’s swim wear.

We have seen cyclists and boxers and other male athletes in women’s sport overseas but we see few if any images of males in Australian women’s sport.

Ask yourself why.

There are plenty of males in women’s sport here but they don’t want anyone to see the reality.

Ask why have I been ordered to pay $95,000 in damages to two men, and have it doubled for not paying within 30 days.

Ask why their images are protected. Ask why are males afforded more protections in Australian law than women.

The images I posted were reshared from their own football clubs in the public domain. Yet I am the one gaslit into some false compliance.

If the images of males in female sport were shown to all Australians there would be a massive outcry!

Instead they get protected, girls have to self exclude or risk harm, and are threatened with legal action.

It is time to fix the act and get sex based protections in the Sex Discrimination Act.

I have been ordered to pay $95,000 in "damages" to two men in women's sport because I apparently hurt their feelings. It is potentially going to be doubled because I didn't pay in 30 days. So that is $190,000 in total to reward two men in women's sport. I am appealing in the NSW Supreme Court, so for now, there is a stay on the orders.

@salltweets has been ordered to pay a man $20,000 for not allowing him on her female only app. His hurt feelings claim is hoping to be challenged in the High Court. Sall is still waiting to see if leave will be granted for the appeal.

Jasmine Sussex could have to pay up to $95,000 to a man with hurt feelings who falsely claimed he could breastfeed a tiny baby. Her case is still to be heard by a Queensland tribunal.

None of these numbers include the court costs which run into millions.

Others have lost jobs, been censored, gaslit or threatened if they speak the truth or object to the lie that men can be women.

Men who wish they were women not only want to dominate our sports, spaces and services, they are also trying to make money as they go. It appears quite lucrative if they succeed.

Stand with us. Men are not women and we should never be penalized for stating the facts - especially in court where evidence and facts are meant to be paramount.

Did any of the politicians involved in passing the Gillard Amendments in 2013 ever stop and ask themselves (let alone anybody else) 'Who will be harmed if this is the wrong thing to do'?

The Sex Discrimination Act was Australia's way of committing to CEDAW. It was an Act for women. The only people who could be harmed by those amendments were women.

But we didn't even figure in their considerations.

There were some changes on religious ground, but none of them even considered the effect those amendments could have on women.
