Cyberlibel is a double-edged sword. In the hands of an abusive state, it is as dangerous as disinformation, if not more. Cyberlibel has no place in a democratic society. The direction is to decommission, de-weaponise and challenge it, not “legitimize” it. Huwag magpa-bitag.
