The McTominay one would have been soft, but I cannot see how this isn’t a penalty. No contact with the ball, not shoulder-to-shoulder, goes right across him and knocks him over when McGinn’s going past him and has no reason to dive. A review at a minimum.
Scotland 0-1 Morocco. Robbed. Hard 1 to take. Apart from the first 3 minutes thought we competed to a respectable standard and were the better team in the second half
McGinn’s fouled nevermind, McTominay one. What’s the point in VAR if they can’t spot that on the biggest stage?
If referee team not seeing this, they need to be stopped handling other games. If they are deciding (or have been told to not give) that this not foul, someone in charge needs to think again. Cheats allowed to prosper is not football. Not pro-Scot or anti-Morocco. (Am a ref.)
Motherwell/Hearts…
VAR to ref - “That’s a penalty”
Ref to VAR - “No, it’s not”
Motherwell/Celtic
VAR to ref - “That’s a penalty”
Ref to VAR - “Is it? Aye, okay then”
Frightening.
Celtic should not have been awarded the match-winning penalty away to Motherwell, say the Scottish FA's key match incident panel. More ⤵️

The SFA’s KMI panel have deemed the penalty awarded for Sam Nicholson’s “handball” to be incorrect.
Had that match ended in a draw, Hearts would have won the league.
We’ve said it once and we’ll say it again: the worst VAR decision in history.
