Two weeks out from @IRONMANtri so these are my last few hard training sessions before I can taper 🏊‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️

Training for this event has taught me a lot about myself and made me reflect on what’s actually important in my life.

It’s nothing on @hardestgeezer but I think I needed this challenge at this exact moment in time.

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped so far. As of this morning we’ve raised just over £8,500 for @inspireyz but I’m still short of my £10k target 💸
