I see it as a good move. The longer the park is open, the more money for food and beverage to make. Also opening during the afternoon will allow for more favorable conditions for attractions to run.

Here in Pennsylvania, both Hershey and Kennywood open around Noon on weekdays to maximize operating time in December.

@TPRBrandon 5. Vortex serves the purpose of drawing people away from Fury and the other rides and adds capacity to the park. My one ride on it so far this year, April 5th, wasn’t that bad. Row 5 load side end.
