@fordnation@OntarioPCParty The Ontario Science Centre sparks scientific curiosity in young minds and promotes the next generation of home-grown scientists. Growing up in the GTA, I was one of those kids - now a Scientist just down the road at @Sunnybrook. Don't close the OSC.
@francois18@ISMRM You can also try using FID-A (https://t.co/6DcU97dyOc)

Happy to help if you have any questions.
Join us for the first MR Spectroscopy Hackathon! No coding experience needed! Mix of tutorials, short pitches, collaborative coding, and ample time for networking. Register by 3 April: https://t.co/kZklhU4lYL @mr_spectroscopy@ISMRM_MRSHub
Today, I was recognised as a Rising Star in Engineering in Health at JHU by @JHUBME@ColumbiaBME@ColumbiaMed.
I am truly grateful for how far I've come and for all of the support I've had along the way.
Congrats to all of the amazing scholars being honoured this weekend!
Need help organizing your family holiday gift exchange? Here is a MATLAB program I wrote a few years back and have been using it ever since. Handy if your family is spread out and can't pick names out of an actual hat. https://t.co/42bbVChOP1
@ThijsDhollander @northernthrux @Dee_Kay_Jay @m_nilsson @sunenj @ShemeshL It's not all bad. At my first ISMRM (Miami, 2005) I remember being handed a program the size of a phone book, and every single attendee got one! So many trees! Anyone still have theirs? Send photos please.
@uzemye@uzemye Yes, that was a fun collaboration! :) Opto stim of GABAergic and Glutamatergic neurons in medial septum produced BOLD activation: https://t.co/vle2wFTqQ0
But we didn't consistently detect MRS metabolite changes in response to stim. @ShemeshL any tips?
@richardedden@mr_spectroscopy No not from a reference. Just guessed that an exponentially decaying frequency offset seemed sensible. Not sure how realistic this is though...
@richardedden@mr_spectroscopy Wrote this code a few years ago to make simulated eddy currents for a manuscript Fig (see Figure 1 of the 2020 consensus paper on processing in NMR Biomed). Never committed it to FID-A before, but just committed it now. Enjoy! :)
