A right is the affirmation that a given behavior or state has no valid moral prohibition.
That's why concepts like murder and rape are objective. To murder or rape someone is to violate their inherent right not to be murdered or raped.

The point of the presidency is to receive legal privileges, not available to others. The notion that starting wars, ordering killings and taxing people is legal but holding classified documents is "above the law" is a ridiculous pretense.
