In London seeing new clients telling them how superb Norfolk is-catch the train it’s so easy. That’s the first mistake I made. Got 16.39 delayed to 17.10 slow moving finally got to Ely where @GNRailUK decided to chuck us all off wait 30mins for another delayed train. #madnes

BORIS JOHNSON. At last it has been proved he is a liar. His big lie about Brexit with the red bus £300m per week was outrageous. When I ran public companies if I lied to my shareholders I would put in jail. The damage he has caused by this lie resulting in Brexit has created catastrophic situation. Having the wind in YOUR SAILS is not only a positive but a must when you take part in #sailingraces. We sailed on the #WherryMaud to watch part of the @threeriversrace.

It is Europe’s toughest inland #sailing race - 50 miles in the @BroadsNP. Congrats winners! 8.5hrs!
