I've been thinking a lot about service lately.
Not customer service.
But real, genuine, loving service.
Last week, I was on a trip in Dubai—and every day, at the hotel, we were served by two amazing humans...
Gilang & Muazam.
They didn’t just do their jobs—they showed up for us.
With warmth, with attention, with presence.
Even in the intense heat!!
They always smiled.
They always cared.
And they always went above and beyond.
On Sunday, I had an important client session—private, uninterrupted, and not suitable for the lobby or beach.
So I mentioned it, almost apologetically.
And Gilang didn't hesitate.
He called his supervisor and booked me the day villa—on the house—just so I could work in peace for two hours.
He said it was because of how we'd shown up all week: with respect, curiosity, and kindness.
On another day, Muazam brought us protein smoothies unprompted—because he’d noticed I mentioned working out.
These weren’t obligations. They were expressions of who he is BEING.
This all reminded me of something my mentor, once said,
"Try to out-give the universe. I dare you!"
Gilang and Maza embody that.
They give from their being, not to be seen or rewarded—but simply because that’s who they are.
My parents taught me to treat everyone with love and respect—and these two humans showed me how powerful that ripple can be.
Gilang even offered:
“If you come to Bali, I’ll be your personal tour guide… and I’ll take you on my father’s boat.”
He doesn't even have a tour-guide business (yet!)—it was just pure generosity!!
What these moments remind me of is simple, but profound:
In coaching—or any service-based calling—service isn’t a tactic.
It isn’t a to-do.
It’s a way of BEING.
If you give from your presence—not your agenda—the universe always gives back.
Gilang and Muazam didn’t teach me about UX funnels or client systems.
They taught me:
People feel your being long before they feel your expertise.
And that? That is where true service lives.
To Gilang and Muazam: thank you for modelling what true service looks like.
We are deeply grateful.
If we can show up like that in our work—with attention, presence, generosity—imagine the ripple we could create.
Much Love.

Her 5-minute goalsetting method is scientifically proven to skyrocket performance & success.
Here’s the exact method (backed by neuroscience):
2 years ago, I ditched traditional goal-setting.
I stopped saying:
- “I’ll hit 6 figures by June.”
- “I’ll sign 5 clients this month.”
Instead, I started asking:
- “What kind of business do I want to build?”
- “What kind of person do I want to become?”
The result?
- Clients I love working with.
- Progress I’m proud of — without burnout.
- A business that feels aligned, not draining.
Goals are fleeting. Who you become in the process lasts forever.
