@cathaypacific I’ve done that so many times now, you have everything, you’ve just done nothing! I’m the one doing all the chasing! It’s boring and unbelievable just how bad this company is!
@cathaypacific up to day 76 now and still no compensation! 5 weeks into a promised and guaranteed 4 week resolution! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, nothing but broken promise! Compensation is a legality!
@cathaypacific But when you’re not on it because they are delayed for 9hrs and they leave your bag in another country, you arrive so late because of the delay you can’t buy fresh clothes so have to work in the same clothes! Still no compensation after 2 months!

@cathaypacific where is my compensation!? It’s been over two months now! Numerous Alana’s and hours on the phone but still nothing! Once one of the best airlines now one of the worst! It’s a legal obligation!
@cathaypacific I’ve done that and @cathaypacific has said it’s still in a queue! It’s been in a queue for two months when you state you’ll get back to your customers in 4 weeks!! How much chasing do your customers you care about have to do???
@cathaypacific I’ve done that yet again! I’m constantly chasing you and still nothing! Most of the flight has been paid but not me! Why? Why? Why? Why have I had to download this to get a response, nothing from emails and phone calls!!
@cathaypacific funny I put a complaint on here and get an email straight away saying your reviewing my case! It’s been 2MONTHS!! Still nothing compensation! Terrible airline!
@cathaypacific The public need to know just how bad you are! In the mean time the two months I’ve had another delay from @British_Airways they settled and paid compensation within two weeks!!! It’s now been two months and I’m still chasing you!!!
@cathaypacific New clothes so had to work in the same clothes! The correspondence from you is terrible! I’ve now had to download this platform for the first time to see if you do actually care about your passengers!
@cathaypacific It’s not acceptable, it’s been two months, you’ve paid compensation to the majority of the flight as I know most of the passengers! Not only was the flight delayed over 9 hours, you also lost my bag and because the flight was so delayed we arrived at 1am so unable to buy
