1) Play ahead of Tammy, Hogan, Kodj
2) Dictate games at Champ level in the middle
Too big a risk/too much responsibility on him to make him our creative force in promotion push
Loan move best for development.

@conradtreanor Typically less racism in Midlands clubs as it's such a diverse area - Villa and Blues, traditionally the most tolerant clubs in the country.
