Deborah Murphy, an 82-year-old grandmother and wife of a retired Air Force Colonel, was walking through a crosswalk outside a Publix in Panama City Beach when she was struck and run over by a Toyota 4Runner.

The driver, Carlos Suarez-Contreras, 26, and passenger Luis Sanabria, 29, were both determined to be in the country illegally from Venezuela. ICE detainers were issued for both men. Suarez-Contreras is held without bond and is set for arraignment
