I do agree here with the caveat that Robo needs to counter his lack of physicality with better off puck positioning. Not battling is fine, but not battling and also being caught out of position is unacceptable and limits your ice-time. Can't score if no one trusts you on the ice
Just an observation: not every single player needs to 'battle" on the boards for pucks. Leafs are now quite a big, physical team compared to the past. If Nick Robertson only scores goals...that's ok. All team have those players, even the toughest.
The fact that RJ only attempted 1 three, and it was the game winner in the clutch when we needed it most, makes me excited as a Raptors fan. Get the team into the playoffs and see what happens ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Some of this Marner discourse is mind-numbing. Marner has a TON of value in this league, regardless of what has happened here in TO. Lots of players with longer running issues have been traded for valuable pieces because NHL teams are the equivalent of the "I can fix him" gf
