Tandem’s troubleshooting says: “Enable USB communication in your browser. If you need help, refer to the user guide.” No link. No details. I Googled the user guide. Found 2 versions. Neither mentioned the error. This is not support - this is a scavenger hunt

. @tandemdiabetes Finally after lost hours -tried to grab screenshot of the error but my warranty for Tandem t:slim expired today, so I’m locked out of the updater process now. Because obviously that’s how this saga ends

. @tandemdiabetes Tried 3 machines (Windows + Mac), 3 browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari). No luck. Turns out I had to dig into Experimental Web Platform features(!!) to get it to work. Buried browser flags no regular user should ever need

@fordnation What does "immediate" really mean? My dad was put in isolation yesterday bc he had a sore throat and coughing this am, but today staff decided today he was ok afterall & no longer in isolation. A resident has been tested +ive today, but my dad still hasn't been tested

A3. Insulin, syringes, meters and test strips should be made available without red tape and at a nominal fee (true 'at cost') to everyone who can afford it, . And free for those who can't. It's the right thing to do, bc without it, there is no hope for a good life #WDDChat17
