@VirginAtlantic seek an an explanation into why we can't check in online for our return flight(s) to LHR tomorrow, starting at CLE? + the 3 of us have been seated separately on flight 2, JFK to LHR despite banks of vacant 3 seats. Delta sat us together no problem on the outbound?
