I have three main tasks to complete tonight - open enrollment, scheduling the follow up appt to check how I’m doing on my ADHD meds 3 mos in (totes GLORIOUS except what is an appetite?), and making/consuming dinner.

@BetweenDPages It was exceedingly long which was tough for both me and my ADHD lol usually I have to read cover to cover or else forget what it’s about- but it was interesting yet also calming somehow and I loved the uniqueness of everything. The footnotes were hard to navigate but were cool!

1) forget to take meds for 20 mins
2) go and get meds, set them down by you and forget to take them
3) 15 mins later realize this, take meds out of reminder box
4) realize 10 mins later you’re just sitting there talking, meds in hand untaken
