The “fast 5” competed like champions @oatccc State championship.
@elinorshuttle11 got a PR in 400 meter dash. @ConferJamie was 10th in 800. 4x400 team ran a season best time of 4:09 & placed 13th. These ladies will all be competing at NB Nationals next week. #FJD 😊🧡🖤💚

Tradition the week of Nike Regionals is 1 mile time trial. Today over 50% of the girls/guys set a lifetime PR & everyone else was within 4 seconds. It is amazing how cross country strength= Track Speed.
