We borrow a lot of money. If we want to borrow more, our actions will determine the interest rate at which people/institutions are willing to lend to us.

@SAshworthHayes Sam, this is bollocks, as anyone who has ever been close to the system knows. You don't formally need a diagnosis - but you nearly always will in practice, and if you've no diagnosis you will need evidence.
