I had to say goodbye to the best little buddy anyone could ever ask for this weekend. 15 years of friendship, snacks, snuggles on the sofa watching TV or playing games, & scraps/adventures. He loved spicy meats, cheese & ear scritches. Rest in peace, Mac. I’ll miss you lots.

@O2 To add further insult to injury, today, when I tried to contact @O2 to see what the issue was, I was transferred to the team handling my request, but they hung up on me three times, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Absolutely appalling experience with @virginmedia and @O2. Took a free SIM card out with a broadband deal, which was never used. The account was transferred to O2 and they started charging for the free SIM account. I rang up, paid the £30 fee, and the account/SIM was closed down.

I received no communication from O2 on this issue (besides the one letter above). The SIM card was never used but apparently was the number they tried to contact me on via text/calls. @O2 - I would like to know what you will do about this experience & impact to my credit score.

@HVACMan16 @O2 @virginmedia I've had the exact same thing happen to me. It's an absolute scam charging customers for a free SIM given by another provider. My credit app shows I made a payment in November yet in December it says there is a missed payment. Terrible customer experience
