Since December, Iβve been locked in on my fitness.
Working 9β5 at a desk, eating junkβit was killing my energy. So I changed.
No shortcuts. Just daily effort. I went from barely hitting the gym to showing up every single dayβeven on the low days.
Iβve dropped serious weight. Iβm in the best shape Iβve been in for years. Confidence is coming back.
What Iβve learned? Discipline > motivation. Anything is possible with consistency.
