Sorry for polical text - Our hospital is full, can’t do elective surgery and I can’t transfer in critically ill patients with ESLD. My kids can’t go to school. Yet our restaurants and bars are open...how does this make sense?? Schools and hospitals need to be #1 priority.

@katcpm @keithwozniak @rachbarnhart @MonroeHealth As long as numbers remain low in K-12 schools as they are now, there’s no good reason to close or go all-remote. Isolated outbreaks may need targeted quarantines, but in general I want to keep kids in school as much as possible.

How are you doing?
Are you taking care of yourself?
How is your family?
How can I best support you right now?
