Sad story - My mom and a lot of her friends got scammed/hacked and lost access to their @WhatsApp. Since then - 3 days ago, these people who now have access has contacted numerous of her “friends” and created horrible vulgar groups. Since that moment, @WhatsApp has been ZERO help

@WhatsApp Firstly, when you try to regain access you have to produce a OTP. Since she “guessed to many times” she had to wait 25 hours. Great, the first OTP was sent to the other device. How and why? Secondly, the requested sms never came through.

@WhatsApp @WhatsApp Please also note that this is happening to a lot of older ladies and @WhatsApp was their primary mode of communication.

Hi @IncConnection Ek wil graag my baie slegte ervaring met Incredible Connection deel.

Eerstens toe ek die keuse gemaak het om die bestelling te plaas het mense my reeds gewaarsku dat hulle soms baie lank vat, maar ek was nie haastig nie en het gedink dis darem ñ groot “brand”.

@IncConnection (Klerksdorp) bevestig toe telefonies vir my dat daar nogsteeds 9 lessenaars beskikbaar is en ons kan dit online bestel en laat aflewer - hulle het nie geweet dat ek eintlik reeds een bestel het nie.

Sedert toe, hoor ek niks van hulle af nie. Ek stuur toe vanoggend maar ñ opvolg e-pos en kry toe die antwoord - ñ Refund maar dit kan tussen 3 en 14 werksdae vat om te reflekteer. Uiters belaglik.

My punt - dink mooi voordat julle weer vir Incredible Connection ondersteen.

Ek stuur toe vir die dame terug en sê dat ek ongelukkig is en nie tevrede is met hulle antwoord nie want Incredible Connection het toe bevestig dat hulle dan voorraad het. Ek vra toe - die minste wat hulle kan doen is om darem onmiddelik my te refund.
