@AirCanada any reason why I cannot use eupgrade w booking P6JX7P to upgrade Munich to Toronto to premium economy and Toronto to Vancouver to business class. I receive an error stating a tech issue or other. trying to eupgrade both segments if possible aisle seat.

after a year of planning one of the biggest hockey tournaments in #Kamloops KIBIHT. with today's pho announcement we had to announce the cancellation of KIBIHT. i am so sorry for all the players. Thank you for your continued support.

.@LifeLabs still have not heard from you about cancelled PCR test. not even the offer of a refund. My flight left today and had to make own arrangements. I would at least expect a phone call and a refund after you cancelled my PCR test without notification.

and another option from @LifeLabs that didn't work. "we can get you in in Vancouver at 310 or 330 pm". me "my flight doesn't arrive till 340". agent "our last appointment is 340". @LifeLabs still waiting for supervisor to call. this was the closest to being a real option.

and it continues with @LifeLabs 2nd option after cancelled PCR test. agent "you can do a virtual test", me "how are they going to take a sample". agent "you will have to get a test kit and then courier it". me "I am leaving tomorrow". @LifeLabs still waiting for supervisor

After @LifeLabs cancelled my PCR test without notification, the agent offered: "You can quickly drive over to russ baker way", me: "thats not in Kamloops", agent: "Oh"... @LifeLabs still waiting for supervisor to call with a viable option.

worst possible service @LifeLabs . Had a PCR test scheduled for a flight out. Arrived at the testing location in Kamloops, was told that test was cancelled due to current flooding and no viable options were provided. @LifeLabs still waiting... and leaving tomorrow

@AirCanada still have not heard anything in regards to a hotel and why @AirCanada won't cover it. you cancelled the flight and booked me on a flight that leaves before I arrive (flight now has been changed to next day but no hotel)

.@AirCanada is my preferred airline but some times even I have to shake my head. the last leg of my international flight on Saturday got cancelled and no notification. auto rebooked on a flight that leaves 3 hours before my arrival time.

even the app showed a layover of -3 hours. I only saw it because I looked at the app. rebooked for next morning now but hotel is not covered. @AirCanada how can you book me on a flight that leaves 3 hours before my arrival and ask me to pay hotel and rebooking fees?

absolutely amazing work by @AirCanada staff. first flight on my way to sweden cancelled due to bad weather. I was rescheduled within 15 minutes. They also managed to get flights for all the other passengers. Great work. now Kamloops, Vancouver, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Östersund
