@KLM No, I don't have a PIR @klm I was supposed to fly to Malaga directly on Saturday, you changed that to an indirect flight via Madrid on Sunday (separated from my family) and now my suitcase is missing. I'm traveling back to Amsterdam tomorrow and have no clothing. Unbelievable!
