Today Chairman #CllrMarkEvans was proud to join @GavinWilliamson and #CllrBarryBondMBE at the grand opening of Bridge Manor care home, named Mary Bond Court after Cllr Bond's late wife. Sadly she didn't see it completed.

Today was Carnival day in #Wombourne.

What a fantastic day, and a huge well done to the #CarnivalCommittee for putting on such a fabulous show.

Parish Chairman #CllrMarkEvans was also on form, judging the floats, leading the parade and visiting stalls.

Wonderful to join in the festivities today, walking with the parade shaking a few donations buckets and helping to ensure the #WombourneCarnival went without a hitch.

The parade was fabulous and ably led by Chairman #CllrMarkEvans followed by a wide variety of floats.

This morning Cllrs @JanEvans_1, @MaryRob54114531 and @Cllr_Dan_Kinsey were out from 7:30 (on a Saturday?!? 😱🥱) with dedicated @WombourneBkv volunteers, cutting back the grass and tree bases around the village green.
